Water on the Table explores Canada’s relationship to its freshwater, arguably its most precious natural resource.
There will also be a post-film discussion on local water issues with director Liz Marshall and Council of Canadians BC/Yukon Regional Coordinator, Harjap Grewal.
The film Water on the Table asks the question: is water a commercial good like running shoes or Coca-Cola? Or, is water a human right like air? The film features “international water-warrior” Maude Barlow.
