		<description><![CDATA[<p>Riverkeeper Doug Chapman, and board members John Werring and Michael Chapman, went out on the Fraser Riverkeeper boat to investigate the shoreline near the Chevron oil refinery in Burnaby, after oil was reported seeping into the Burrard Inlet. The crew will return next week to take soil samples. Their story ran on CTV earlier this evening.</p>
