Come visit Fraser Riverkeeper at the annual Coho Festival at Ambleside Park in West Vancouver! The all-day festival is put on by the Coho Society of the North Shore, a volunteer organization that for the past 30 years has worked to protect and revitalize North Shore salmon streams and rivers.
The Coho Festival is a family-friendly event that features waterside live music and thousands of attendees. At the Art of Conservation sustainability zone, environmental exhibitors (Fraser Riverkeeper included) will offer interactive displays of salmon and other wildlife.
The highlight of the event is always the BBQ, featuring Ocean Wise-certified wild coho salmon. Delicious!
