    Fraser Riverkeeper

    Fin has dedicated his life to protecting the Fraser. In 1995, he completed his "Swim for Life" down the Fraser River, raising awareness for watershed protection and has been a champion for habitat protection at all three levels of government.

    Executive Director, Indigenous Stewardship Fund

    Jordan is a Musqueam councillor, Executive Director of the Indigenous Stewardship Fund, former Director and current Executive Advisor to the First Nations Fisheries Council. He has decades of experience working within First Nations and governments.

    Director, Engagement & Philanthropy

    Jennifer Ruddy joined Fraser Riverkeeper & Swim Drink Fish in June 2024, bringing over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience.

  • Naomi Devine

    Creative Director

    Naomi joined Fraser Riverkeeper & Swim Drink Fish in December 2024. Passionate about shaping bold, transformative strategies, Naomi works closely with communities and governments to implement policies that drive systemic change towards a climate-friendly future. With over 20 years of experience in sustainability and climate policy, Naomi has advised universities, local governments, and civil society organizations.

    Fraser Riverkeeper Coordinator

    Justin joined Fraser Riverkeeper & Swim Drink Fish in November 2024. Justin previously worked for Fin Donnelly during his time as an MLA in British Columbia’s 42nd Parliament.

    Water Policy Coordinator

    Henry joined Swim Drink Fish in 2024 as a student intern. He  is currently working towards his Masters in Environmental Studies/JD at Osgoode Hall  Law School.

  • Stephanie Hooker

    Torpy Consulting

    Stephanie joined the team in August 2025, bringing with her a strong commitment to supporting rural and remote communities. She actively fosters a deeper understanding of how people are connected to the rivers and the lands that sustain them. The Torpy River, a tributary of the Fraser, is where she spent her childhood exploring nature and developing the values that shape her work today.
